Probably not. any change in draw cycles in bows over time is more than likely a result of string/cable stretch. Not a good thing. the 82' has a harsh draw curve for a reason, its where all that awsome speed comes from. thenice thing is though, that there is absolutly no problem with shooting one of these at 60 lbs. They generate plenty of kinetic energy and way more than enough speed. it allows you to have a lighter draw, which coupled with that harsh draw cycle, make it more like the friendlier 70# bowtechs that you love.
