I didn't until I started using the Rage heads. NOW.....if there's no damage....I'll sharpen the blades.....rinse it out REAL good.....then I squirt a shot of WD40 on it and work the blades back and forth. I let 'em sit for a while.....wipe 'em down....and back on the arrow they go.

I'm careful about it.....because I think it's important to be. But...I will re-use a head.
