RE: scope power for shotgun?
I have a Leupold 3x9x40 on my Remington 1100 w/ the rifled barrell.
If I am walking or still hunting I keep it on 3 or 4 depending on the terrain. Sitting, I like to have that 7-9 power if I have to reach out in the field.
