I've hunted deer in the snow. What does that have to do with the legality of baiting? I've hunted deer on my own land also. Again, what does that have to do with the legality of baiting? Just asking...?

And one qestion for Germ. Are the total deer numbers going up or down in MI?

Can anyone tell me a state where the deer numbers are actually decreasing?
