I too have had problems finding a box big enoungh to ship guns I found a simple solution if the buyer will pay the extra money to have the gun shipped in a hard case [which most will] I order a cheap hard plastic case from Cabelas, Natchez etc. when you recieve the case it is in a cardboard box just put the gun in the plastic case back in the cardboard box change the shipping label and problem solved chad
