I would agree to use layers, rather than a super warm/heavy outer shell. I have the MT050 7-in-1 parka and it is nice, but not for bowhunting. Once you put a couple layers on, your movement is really restricted. I purchased the Elite Fleece jacket and bibs from Cabela's this year. The jacket is nice, it has insulation but it is light enough that layering doesn't restrict movement.
