Default california late season

yesterday me and a buddy went out to one of our good honey holes, the problem was that it is public land. when we got out there it was about an hour away from shooting time it gave us plenty of time to get ready but there was already 4 other cars there. we thought oh well we walked out to the pot hole we always hunt someone flashes a light at us so we go to a different spot about 150 yrds away. when shooting time came around tons of birds and all of a sudden sounded like ww3 out there.apparentlyeveryone had the same idea of hunting thatone hole sowe spent most of the firsthour withour heads down and getting peppered. with eveyone hunting, birds were all confused, people calling on all sides ofthe pot hole just kept the birds circling from decoy spread to decoy spread. only had oppertunity to shoot 3birds; 2 mallards and a coot.
