My understanding is.. the wedge pins fit on the Great Plains Rifles only one way. When you have them properly installed, the idea is you need to mark them somehow so you know how or where they go when you return them. I would suggest engraving a #1 & #2 on the up face in the manner they need to go back. I have heard this same complaint before from other owners.
