I, like several others, don't really get a huge thrill after I let a buck (or any deer) walk on by. I do gather a great deal of information from them.. but that's about all.

For me.. after I pass on a buck.. I still may never see him again. Often I do not. I hunt different areas every year. I pass on 1 and 2 year olds so others may get the chance. I don't do it for other hunters though.. I do it for myself.
