I've hunted deer for exactly 50 years. I've killed over 80 deer with a bow and I have no idea how many with a gun. I have NEVER heard the snort wheeze in the woods. I have seen it on a video from an animal once. I really don't think it's something I'd worry about. I'd rather be very quiet and hunt the wind.
I agree with David. In my neck of the woods....that call would most certainly send 99.99% of the bucks into the next county. Hell....the does fight for the BUCKS where I live

I haven' been hunting deer long....but I do see a LOT of them (Almost 600 sightings).
I have NEVER heard this call made from a deer. Add me to the list.
