And the saddest part of all of this is what will happen after you turn them in. A large percentage of the time nothing. The game department would have to investigate and have proof and witnesses and so on and so on. It's not like you turn him in and they go arrest them and that's it.
I'm just wondering how they prove how many were killedand when they werekilled. If they start questioning people the guy gets tipped off, are they going to stake him out next year? Really what will likely happen? The deer are probably long gone andany number of other stories could be made up to explain away racks and venison.
I think you should befriend them further andgo deep undercover for a couple of seasons and document everything with video and wiretaps.
