Wow. The 700 SPS is on sale at Academy here in Houston for $399. Regular price is $429. Downside is they only stock .243, .270, .30-06, and 7mm Rem Mag. I don't know what they charge if they have to special order one chambered for some other cartridge.
same pricing at the Academy here in The Woodlands if I remember correctly from yesterday.
