I don't want to jump on the band wagon and beat up some more. At least you got a trophy hog out of the deal, that's good, if your into that sort of thing. Now as for me, I wouldn't eat a hog that big anyway. Big hogs I leave for the buzzards, under 150 pounds I cut up immediately and put on ice. I never gut a hog unless, it's a real small onethat I intend to cook whole.
