Good thread. One question, aren't the measurements supposed to be taken with a 1/4 inch wide metal tape measure?

The purpose of this thread was to show those who are interested in learning how, thatthey could score their rack at home with "tools" they most likely already own.... And to help explain the process.... As there seems to be a lot of confusion on the scoring process.

P&Y doesn't use a sharpie marker and an Ohio deer tag either

Understand completely. Just wanted a clarification of the actual rules. I guess if you are going to go to the trouble of measuring, might as well make it as accurate as possible.
