i lay them on there back and get a good hold of the skin on the breast and tear a hole and spread it so it is a preaty big hole showing the bottom of the breast bone and stick ur fingers up under the breast bone and lift on it and it will expose all of the guts to pull out and then wait until you get home to finnish.
