Paul,

Please read the last paragraph of my post again. The most transparent was of attacking WHAT a person said when they do not have a lucid response is to attack HOW they said it (including spelling). Can you now understand that have the inability to engage in meaningful conversation versus slinging insults as proven by your response?

If you read my first post and do not find yourself as being described, then ignore it, it does not pertain to you individually. However, if you find yourself included in the generalities I made, then you have a rationale for debate.

In what way did I attack you? I merely offered some advice. Does it offend you that I insinuated that you do not spell well? It shouldn't since you don't feel I should be offended that you think I am a bad hunter because I choose to use more up to date equipment.

The desire to get techinally better gear is not to enhance the hunting experience for the average hunter; it is to increase the kill ratio, period.

This is not a generalization, it is a bold statement. And one that I do not feel applies to me, or any of the other people I personally hunt with. So I felt I would let you know that so you knew not everyone that uses newer equipment is a blood thirsty egomaniac that only cares about how many deer they kill and how it makes them look to others, which is exactly the way portrayed it, is it not?

People were bagging on you for not spelling correctly so I suggested using spell check and that is all you saw. It's called constructive criticism. I didn't call you stupid, ignorant or any other names did I? I don't even recall insinuating that you were a bad hunter because of the methods you use.
