I'm 22 years old and recently purchased some land in georgia. I went through farm credit and they really helped me out. they have a special program for young people interested in wildlife man. and farming. i also get govt. subsidies since i bought land that was previously farmed. meaning i get paid by the govt for crops that i don't have to (or ever will) plant.there are many ways to go about it, but i would definetely look into using a farm credit for banking and easy loan approval.
