I am about 21 now and want to start to look for some hunting land to purchase but I don't really know the costs involved. I know farm land in my area is going for aroudn 5000-6000 an acre right now. I want to put most if not all the land into Pheasants Forever or some other similar program to help cut down on some costs but don't know if there are other things I can do to get the costs down even more. Has anyone on here been though this? Some guidance would be terrific
