i'm not saying it doesn't happen but did you harvest that deer and pull the buckshot out? did you shoot the deer and watch it run off injured? did you watch someone else do it? is it not possible for deer to sustain leg injuries from other means, other than buckshot? the injured leg could even have been from an arrow or rifle.
