ole sproul tried them all.
strap on steps are very dangerous,they bend out a little and you can slip off.
they take time to put on and while hanging from tree, its hard on you..
ladder sticks are much better, for sure...
when i feel good i use TREESUIT in archery ,mostly i use ladder stand but if i see a big buck changing things on me,i strap on my TREESUIT and go after him..
that TREESUIT has got me some big bucks..
on publicland you have to be able to move in archery do to hunting pressure on bucks..
so, stay with the ladder sticks ,no doubt, much better than steps...............
