Default RE: Ted Nugent gold tip arrows?

We made up first Gold tip arrows up for Ted. When he first tried them he didn't like them because they were all black. He couldn't see them, so we dipped the first 3/4 of the way up them in white paint so he could see them in his secondary venison that you need to shoot instinctive and he loved them. It's really hard shooting instinctive if you can't see the arrow and you have no idea where it pointing. I gave Erv the idea when he made them up because I had the same problem once when I shot instinctive. I couldn't use the green aluminums in low light. I shot the orange xx78s most of the time are would dip the tip of game getters in white. I didn't use the point to aim, but need to know where the arrow was pointing back when I shot a recurve back in the 60's and 70's.
