Model722-It takes a couple of minutes to change a belt on a snowmobile while it takes a great deal longer to change the belt on any quad.It can be damn near impossible if you happen to damage a belt in a swamp ,in water or in deep mud..Just removing the cover under these circumstances is very difficult and the belt and clutches will get contaminated as well.Even mud on the bolts makes the job extremely difficult and water hoses are rare when you need to do the job out in the woods.To avoid this possibility I won' t have a belt drive.It is unecessary and can cause great problems.
