I got the keys last weekend and get to start the endless list of "honey dos" and renovations this upcoming weekend. I'm gonna be Tim the Toolman Taylor for the next year or two I think, but I'm pretty excited.
Sounds great! I can't wait to purchase some land and begin building a home. I'm helping my dad renovate our horse barn (built for my sister in 91, she's now moved out, horses are gone, now we get another garage/workshop
) into a nice workshop. I love doing construction/electrical work, and can't wait to actually be able to do it to my own place. You are going to have a blast!
