Love 'em. I shoot 300 grain and 340 grain depending on the situation. Both have 100 grains of Pyrodex behind them. I have shot probably 20 deer with them with no deer going unrecovered.

Also, I use Cabela's Spitzer X-tended range sabots, too. Love them as well. I use nothing else in my Encores.
