Again Drop...........I have never encountered this even one time in 20 years. The guys I see with deer in their truck are thrilled, no matter what it looks like. I've never seen a guy with a spiker in his truck complain because their are no bigger bucks out there. Some people are just happy to get a deer. Why is that so hard for some to grasp??
I've heard it too many times. I truly hate when rifle season rolls around in PA. I'll quote my wife, one day during the season we were coming home. An orange army lined the road ready for a drive, as we drive by on a state road, I slow as to not speed by anyone and we are gauked at like we're doing something wrong. My wife says " I think it's wrong that they are standing on the road". I say honey, it's legal. She says I don't care, it's ugly and they look at us like we're wrong. I said that's the mentality of the orange army. At the end of that road there are two stop signs...both have bullet holes in them. [&:]
But I digress and that's for another thread I suppose.
I am not gonna debate the global stupidity of the orange army..........but then again they are just a large sample of the population that happen to have guns. People in general arethe same way..........they just don't dress in such flashy colors.
I just have not ever seen someone say they wish there were better bucks out there and keep shooting little ones. The guys that drill small bucks are very happyto do just thatfrom what I have seen.............theyget miffed when they sit for 4 days straight without seeing a single deer but that is another story.
I have posted my fair share of small bucks and you never see a frown on my face.
