If it cost that much to cut up a deer I would quit hunting. I do some comercial deer procesing and I have under a $100 invested. A grinder, a bench, 3 Rapala filet knives and one electric knive sharpener! Done deal! Spend what you want, I cut up about 15-25 deer a year like this.
