I think you spent way too much money on things.
You can piece things together over several years to save costs, you also don't need all the items you listed. 90% of the things I use for deer cutting are used for other things.
For knives I use my hunting knife and a fillet knife.
grinder I paid $100 for about 10 years ago.
Cutting boards are used weekly for preparing dinner. I have every thing from cheap plastic ones to NICE wood ones.
I have meat tubs but they were bought for me, I went years without them.
I do havea vacuum sealer. Get the models that they discontinue. THey can be had much cheaper.
