Uh, I dont think a wheel-barrow compares to a game cart AT ALL !!
I bought an ameri-step cart, its great. I just need to finish fabricating my shoulder harness and it will be amazing.
I dont enjoy the drag and dont think one is any less of a hunter for utilizing an ATV or cart, especially older or handicap hunters !!
Some drags I have are steep hills, through stream bottoms, thickets, blow overs, etc etc etc. So, I take full advantage of private property and the ability to utilize any means to extricate my harvested quarry from said land.
Ive dragging plenty of deer out, including my buck because that was a first time thing. However, I workout in the gym, not in the woods.
I completely agree with this. I've dragged deer for a mile and a half, up and down hills.... you name it. I used wheelbarrows for years too. Then one day a buddy of mine bought a game cart. WOW!!! What a difference. His had pneumatic tires and was even easier to use than the solid rubber tires. But I can't find one, all I've found were solid (puncture proof ) tires.
BTW, I used to think that the single tire cart was the way to go, but not any more. The two wheel cart can really go through some rough areas.
