Good grinder 200~~ This is true...I did buy an el cheapo at wal mart for $75 bucks this year and it has had 4 deer through it so far this year and working like a dream??
knife kit 50.00~~This is a must.... I have a lansky 5 stone sharpening kit $45 and for now I am using my buck knives but will be investing insome filet or boning knives(this is the way to go)!!
Sausage stuffer 100~~Im not sure but my El cheapo grinder from wal wart came with one so id say that a $200 one will come with one as well???

Good digital scale 50.00~~Just wondering what your weighing? Im guessing you want to measure your packages of burger and such? I would say you could look around and find a dependable non digital for $20 or less??
Meat tub 19.99~~I use the table..... but have you thought about some cheap pots and pansor such???
Smoker 200.00~~I dont have one but it would be nice!!!
Cutting boards 40.00~~I use some wooden ones but an option that I think is nice is if you have any discount type of hardware stores see if they have any old or broken counter tops, if you can pick some up cheap cut to size a few of them and you havea few nice cutting boards??
Vacuum sealer I have ~~I have one as well $120 foodsaver, but its not the price of the foodsaver that gets you its thedamn bags that make you takeout a small loan to buy.... I actually do all my burger, steaks,and etc... in ziploc freezer bags. Itsmuch cheaper and the meat dont last long enough around myhouse to worry about freezer burn.

One things for sure if you do your workshop up like you want, it will be sweet!! I actually just think you could get started for way less then what your thinking? I would save a couple bucks to get started and buy the other stuff along the years when you can find good deals on everything. Never pay full price for stuff, thats just unheard of. Haha
