Same thing on my land... The deer avoid the feeder for the most part, but nail the corn I spread in a field.

The attractants to me are a waist of money, unless you are trying to get deer there for the first time, and you need to hunt that location right away.

Don't get me wrong the attractants work, but corn is one heluva good attractant in my opinion, at least where I hunt.
