I get as much or more satisfaction out of taking a mature doe as a yearling buck. With bowhunting, I've taken a lot more yearling bucks than does, and not because I'm passing up does. The bucks are more vulnerable than does during the fall when you're bowhunting. Any deer with a bow is a rewarding gift.
