If you are 15, you are going to have to get your parents involved. They will have to purchase, own, and posses the rifle. Depending on the laws in your state, they may have to be with you when you use the rifle. They can give it to you when you are 18. I would recomend going to a local store (like Dick's, Cabela's, or Bass Pro) with your parents.
