RE: Hunting with Mosin Nagant
I have a very large collection of WWII and pre WWII era firearms. Some of them are very accurate. Most aren't due to years of cleaning rod abuse, corrosive ammo, etc. My Husqvarna M38's and Swiss 1911's, K31's, and a few other show great workmanship, but there's no doubt rifles "can" be made far more accurate today than they could 60 years ago. Look at average benchrest competition groups 60 years ago and compare them with what's being shot today.
