Do you all used vacumn sealed machines/bags or does anyone use freezer paper?

I admit to being a non-processor, but plan on doing it myself starting next season. Its getting too damn expensive. I just took a mature doe I shot yesterday to the processor. For tenderizing and 3 rolls of summer sausage its gonna cost me around $90!
