Anyway, I think we need a new law that requires an intelligence test. Anyone who scores lower than a rock should not be allowed to own a weapon!!!!
Better yet, just like how you need a license to hunt or drive, how about if you score lower than a rock then you should not be allowed to procreate? That would probably solve alot of problems and if not,at leastthis one for certain.
