So, I ask all of you who said support your fellow hunters (some of which have already posted negatively about the guy on this thread)where that support is now?
I do not believe anyone said they would support hunters that disregard safety instructions, laws or did not hunt using generally accepted ethics

.
I do believe (know for a fact)that on the post I was referring to some said that we should support ALL hunters (that would include our fat friend with a sore jaw).I was simply stirring the pot to make the point that to simply say "support all hunters" is foolish. Just like every other group in the world not all hunters are created equal.
I don't want to hijack this thread, so if there are any other comments about my comment just pm me. To get back on track I'll share a story of a lapse in judgement.
A few years ago I was gun hunting at our camp in Somerset County, PA. Opening day of gun season in PAis fairly infamous thanks to the million hunter orange army that hits the woods. Well my dad and I have stands that are within sight of each other if you lean past the trees just the right way. Well, he got lucky and got a buck early in the morning. As I sat, I saw a hunter decend the hill, cross onto our property (Posted) and climb into my dad's stand. I was a little ticked, but not too worked up because I knew my dad was done for the day, so he really wasn't hurting anything. That is, until I picked up my binoculars and looked up the hill to see him looking back at me...through his SCOPE!!! I pointed to him and made a motion to get out of the stand. I then got down out of mine and made my way up there. He was wise and got down and headed off of our property before I got there. I don't know what I would have done, but in the state of mind I was in it would not have been rational.[:@]
