Three--I want the bullet to exit. Entrance wound is small unless the bullet was to blow-up on contact--exit should be large.

Used the Speer 300 grain Uni-Cor SP this year on two deer:

One went 25 yards since he was going downhill and the other was boom-flop. Bullet expands very well with a muzzle velocity of 1800 plus.
