I also have a torn maniscus since the end of August, and a bone spurr on teh knee cap. But, I have waited till after the season to have surgery. The doctor told me to just make sure I do controlled movements in order to avoid tearing it more. He said as long as I can live with the pain, I can wait till the end of January.
