Mix sodium carbonate with the boiling water and the meat will come off easier,just don't let it boil to long.Then I use magnesium carbonate and mix it with hyd. peroxide to make a paste,paint on skull leave overnite and brush off.This is the same stuff that comes in the kits and can be ordered from vandykes taxidermy
