Fair enough Bruce... So take it one step further... If everybody here is just "wishing" that their fellow hunters succeed - but they're not actually doing anything about it (Let's just pretend that they COULD if they WANTED TO)...
Then are they really being "supportive?" Or are they just sitting back on their heels while everybody else drowns in failure?
In my world view: You're either helping somebody, or you're not. If you're not, just be a big boy and be prepared to admit that you're not.
Well, I suppose in your world view that everyone would post maps of where they see every rub and scrape, every buck group sighting, every animal they see and every animal they shoot and evryone could hunt on evryone else's property. And they would post these maps on the "map wall" at every pro shop in every town. Nice fantasy, but it hardly makes your point.
But what we do when leaving public property and meeting other hunters is tell them what we saw, where and when we saw it. They have done the same for us. Hunters we didn't know, sharing information with each other to be "supportive" of each other. We help when the opportunity presents itself. I would consider that being "supportive".
Bruce you could do that, post the maps etc... but if you didn't go a pick them up and drive them to that spot, take them by the hand and show them each and every scrape and rub, your a hypocrite!
