It has already been said but I would advise you to shoot the .451/260 grain Nosler - either with the two pellets or 100 to 110 grain of T7-2f. This is a deadly combination. I have been using and recommending this combination since I switched from centerfire to ML.

I have not practicle experiance with a Power Belt other than shooting them recreationally - but if you were to choose to shoot a PB which is really nothing more than an elongated round ball and classified as a conical. If you were going to shoot a conical there are much better conicals available.
