Firesights are sold by Williams Gun Sights. I have a set. They're fuzzy when its bright out, but good enough for deer. They're about as bright as a fiber optic pin on a bow sight. I think that if you get a fiber optic that has enough metal around it to keep it from breaking, that is as good as you will get unless you go with tritium or something else that does not depend on ambient light.
