Hello, I'm gettnig back into hunting after a four year hiatus (babies )

I'm looking at getting the CVA Optima Elite .50/.270 combo in RT/SS for whitetail and wild hog. Does anyone have experience with one and if so, would it be worth dropping about $700 for it and a Nikon Buckmaster scope?
