That little round "hunk" was supposed to be in there.
??? If you are being sarcastic then sorry for missing it........if you are not then I assure you the "hunk" was not supposed to be there. It was a sliver of metal from when they cut the threads through the riser that never got removed before the set screw went in.


Definitely not your fault that the set screw was not tightened down all the way. But I make it routine maintenance to check each and every bolt on my bow and accessories.... Preventative maintenance.
The set screw was very tight...........it just couldn't get past the hunk of metal which was stopping it from ever reaching the cable rod. The threads ended up all stripped and they had to epoxy the rod in permanently to get it to stay still..........cost me about $150 in products I didn't need trying to silence that vibration [:@]
