I'm looking after my daughter's chocolate Lab for 6 months. I noticed that she has a strong " doggy" smell.She also has an ear infection, and it has a different,sour smell. She's a wonderful dog and we love her, but I'd like to address the scents she's giving off. I give her acidophilus every day. We find her so loving and gentle.
So give her a bath, and take her to the vet to get treated with ear drops for the infection... What should a dog smell like?? All my dogs smell like dogs. Which with a monthly bath, isnt that bad.
