I have had a Leupold Vari-X II 1x4 power shotgun scope on my Remington 870 for 10 years now. Haven' t seen anything I would rather have in place of it yet. I usually set it on 1 or 2 power. As far as blinds go, check out the Ameristep Doghouse blinds on www.natchezss.com. They have them for around $100 or so which is a great buy on that particular blind. That' s a whole lot less than for a Double Bull. Good luck!!
