Would be my first choice for big game at long range. I don't think they sell it as a component yet . It is the same bullet as the failsafe but with a polycarbonate tip and come slight changes to the rear partition. I used the Failsafe and it is a great bullet. Barnes stole some features of it for their MRX bullet and put the tripleshock grooves on it but it is not coated like the XP3. Barnes gets big money for the MRX and it is available in component .
