Take the empty primer cup and insert it into the priming handle and then set a primer on the other black disc with the pimer side facing down (open side of primer up) the gently cover the primer with the primer cup that is in the primer handle and the push very hard to push the primer into the cup. Once you get the hang of it then it goes very fast. PM me if you have any more questions.
