I live in...take a guess...and it is legal here and I do bait at some of my spots, not all though. I shot a descent buck last year over an empty bait spot.....does that count? Actually, Ishot a piebald yesterday evening 2 yards from a corn pile....glad I had it out or maybe I would have never seen him.
