Thanks for the help. I didn't think I would ever get the pic posted. These bucks were shot on opening day. It was my first whitetail buck as well as my daughters first whitetail buck. We were both in the same deer blind, shooting out of the same window. I shot mine first and she shot hers about 3 minutes later. Hers was feeding at a deer feeder and mine came up behind the feeder. I had seconds to shoot. Hers stayed there dumbfounded, ran about 30 yards further and she shot him. The range on mine was 280 yards and the range on hers was 300 yards. I used my 300 RUM 180gr bullet and she used a .243 80grbullet. Mine dropped, hers ran maybe 20 feet and fell. It was an awsome hunt. Not too bad for my first buck. 18" inside spread, 21" outside spread, main beams 27". We left the next day for Germany. My dad is enjoying the meat. They are both being mounted.
